Novice to Advanced Hunter/Jumper Training and Competition.

Unlike large stables, Major Motion Farms is as individual as you are. Working closely, one to one, together we will devise a unique, dedicated riding style for each rider and horse based on their personal strengths.

Novice Training Program

The rider will get an understanding of horses, what a horse expects from a rider, a feeling of confidence, and most of all fun.

Intermediate Training Program

Once familiar with the fundamentals of riding, you are ready to experience all the fun and excitement of the world of showing and show jumping.

Advanced Training Program

For rider and horse alike our advanced training program and show team focuses on national competition and the elite “A” circuit.

Barrett Weller

With over 15 years of horse show competition experience, brings a holistic approach to training both rider and horse. Barrett Weller has trained and shown under some of the most respected trainers in the country. Barrett Weller has developed a unique training style with extraordinary results. In her first year she has been able to take every student in her barn Major Motion Farms to the prestigious double “A” national horse show at Thermal, California and have each student ribbon in the top 3 of their respective classes.

I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with Barrett Weller’s work with the horse Mozart Z. I saw him at shows a couple of times and was so impressed with his condition. The horse is happy! He is relaxed and confident. I don’t think he could have a better home. When he started having physical issues, Barrett was able to pinpoint the problem and sent him to the best veterinary care available. They diagnosed the problem quickly and prescibed the treatment plan. He will heal and be back to work soon. I am so glad she took the time to investigate rather than just assume the horse had an attitude problem! I appreciate her dedication and love of the animals!
